      As an ambassador for Charente’s talents and know-how, Le Lieu Utile promotes local artists, producers and craft workers. It is open to everyone, from locals to visitors and festivalgoers.
      Located on the Champ de Mars Square in the heart of Angoulême, Le Lieu Utile is a key player in the dynamism of the town centre.
      It offers a bar and a Cognathèque, a restaurant, two meeting rooms to rent, a shop, a second-hand Comics bookshop, an art gallery, workshops and educational activities, as well as events and shows.

      Opening hours :

      Tuesday & Wednesday from 11:30 am to 07:00 pm.

      From Thursday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 09:00 pm.

      Sunday from 11:30 am to 05:00 pm.

      Closed on Monday.
